Ulysse Da Silva, president since 2023, embodies dedication and perseverance in his journey. Originally from Benin, he left his native country at the age of 17 to pursue studies in medicine, followed by optics, in France. His path is characterised by a fervent desire to learn and improve, aiming to one day assist the most disadvantaged.

Following a successful career, Ulysse retired with an unwavering ambition: to utilise his expertise and kindness to aid those most in need. His commitment to global solidarity and health serves as an inspiration to us all, and his story perfectly illustrates everyone's capacity to make a difference in the lives of others.
